Does the mat need to be frozen, refrigerated, or plugged in?

What size should I get for my dog or cat?
Go by weight: XS suits pets up to 2kg, S up to 2.5kg, M up to 7.5kg, L up to 15kg, and XL up to 40kg. If your pet is between sizes, we'd size up so they can fully stretch out.
