So we set out to make comfort simple. No freezing, no plugging in, no fuss — just products that work the moment your pet needs them to.

We're a small team of people who happen to really like animals, and we test everything the way you'd expect — on real pets, in real homes, before it ever reaches yours. If something doesn't work out for your pet, our 14-day return policy is there so you're never stuck with it. We'd rather hear that it didn't fit than have you keep something that isn't right.
